Site visit, survey of existing equipment, roof access and building constraints. We confirm what is actually there before proposing anything.

Design and quote
Sizing, duct routing and equipment selection, then a detailed quote: scope of work, equipment, schedule.

Installation
Roof work, ductwork and unit installation, electrical and gas coordination. Scheduled around your operating hours.

Permits and inspections
We handle permit applications and schedule the required inspections as part of the project, under Quebec building codes.

What our clients ask most often
Which sectors do you serve?
Food service, manufacturing, warehousing and distribution, retail, gyms and fitness centres, laboratories, and multi-unit residential buildings for property managers. The common thread is commercial and institutional work.
Do you work on single-family homes?
No. We install in commercial, institutional and multi-unit buildings. For a house, a residential contractor is a better fit than we are.
Do you offer maintenance contracts?
No. We are an installation contractor. We deliver a documented system and you place maintenance with whoever you prefer.
What areas do you cover?
Greater Montreal and the North Shore, including Laval, Terrebonne and Repentigny, as well as the South Shore. For a project outside that area, call us and we will be straight about our capacity.
Do you work with general contractors?
Yes, regularly, on new fit-outs as well as renovations. The earlier we are involved, the fewer coordination surprises there are.
Are you licensed?
Yes. Nadair Ventilation inc. holds RBQ licence 5844-3979-01, which you can verify in the Régie du bâtiment du Québec licence-holder register.
