Assessment
Site visit, survey of existing equipment, roof access and building constraints. We confirm what is actually there before proposing anything.

Design and quote
Sizing, duct routing and equipment selection, then a detailed quote: scope of work, equipment, schedule.

Installation
Roof work, ductwork and unit installation, electrical and gas coordination. Scheduled around your operating hours.

Permits and inspections
We handle permit applications and schedule the required inspections as part of the project, under Quebec building codes.

What our clients ask most often
Do you work with condo boards?
Yes. We provide an itemised quote a board can present at a meeting, with scope of work, equipment and schedule set out separately.
Can you respond to a tender?
Yes, on an engineer’s specification as well as a property manager’s scope document.
Do you work inside individual units?
Our work covers building systems and common areas. Unit-by-unit work is generally outside our scope.
Can you work outside normal hours?
Yes when the project calls for it. We account for it in the quote rather than billing it as an extra.
Do you offer maintenance contracts?
No. We are an installation contractor; maintenance goes to the service company of your choice.
